Meet Our Team
Bernie’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Guelph and thereafter he received a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Windsor Law School.
Tom Balka is a criminal trial lawyer. He is a graduate of the University of Manitoba. He received his law degree from Queen’s University in 1986. He has almost 40 years of experience, practicing exclusively in the area of criminal defence and criminal appeals.
SANDIP (Sandy) Singh KHEHRA was born in Montreal, Quebec. He was admitted to the Bar in 2005, Ontario after completing his education at McGill University in 2004 and receiving his LL.B. and B.C.L.
Justin Guile is an experienced trial lawyer, practicing in both criminal and civil litigation. Born in Oshawa and admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2009, he holds both an Honours B.A., graduating magna cum laude, and Juris Doctorate from the Queens University in Law in 2008.
After seven years in Kingston Ontario attending Queen's University, obtaining both a Bachelor of Arts (with honours) and a law degree, Cameron Spear-Balka returned to his hometown of Oshawa, Ontario to practice criminal defence
Nate Spear-Balka has experience practicing as both criminal and civil trial counsel. He has worked as solo trial counsel on a variety of matters in both the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice
